  Exchanges
  We accept exchanges only under specific conditions due to the perishable nature of our products.

  You may request an exchange if: You received the wrong item, Your Trendy toes arrived damaged There is a   quality issue with your arrangement

  To be eligible, please:
  Contact us within 2 days of delivery Provide clear photos of the issue Ensure the product are in their   original condition If approved, we will Deliver a replacement arrangement Or issue a store credit, if a   replacement isn't possible We do not offer exchanges for: Change of mind,

  Personal preferences (color, style, or scent) Issues reported after 2 days of delivery

  Returns

  Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of floral arrangements, we do not accept returns. However, if   there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help. Please reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to   make it right.
